Hibiscus & Moringa Blend

Infusion:

• 1 tbsp per cup,
• steep 5–8 min;
• serve hot or cold.

Normal consumption 1–3 cups/day.

Adjust proportion according to taste (more moringa for more nutritional benefits).

• Hibiscus can lower blood pressure and interact with antihypertensive drugs;
• may reduce the effect of some hormonal contraceptives (limited data) — use with caution.
• Avoid during pregnancy if consumed in high doses (consult a doctor).
• Monitor for interaction with liver-metabolized drugs.

Storage:

Airtight jar, in a dry place, 12–24 months.
